I've fought her 3 times and failed miserably I'm Max level with good gear and im using flash nades whenever I need but I still can't defeat her how do i? Or could you tell me what she is weak to so I can exploit it

I assume you're a Smuggler.
She has relatively weak Reflexes. If you've maxed Reflexes, Mag Binders should always work.
Grenade Launcher (Flash Grenades) are likely to Blind if you have good Aim (and have gone through her Armor).
She's weak to all Lust damage types.
There's an optional fight to the South. If you beat it, Johana will help you fight Hureya.
What Perks did you take and what are your Stats?
Are you getting chain-grappled? There was a bug report earlier. Feel free to post to it.

Thx for the info, I finally beat her using lust damage. I don't know if it was a glitch but it seemed every other attack I made i would get grappled and it took an eternity to get out of it.
