how to add an item via the save editor?

hey everyone.
i am a blind player of the game. i use to have access to a save editor that let me add the gremlen to my inventory. sadly, the ability to add that particular item is gone now, and i can't do the minigames cause i am blind and they are not accessible.
any save editor that has this particular item to add or am i out of luck?

In the main menu of the game, click the dot of the i in "Tits" 3 times to unlock the cheat menu. Once you unlocked it, you can access it via the options tab. There is an option in there to add items to your inventory.

Also, generally speaking, there is tab for "Style" in the options menu that lets players change the color scheme of their games. This might improve your enjoyment of the game to some degree, depending on if it's "only" color blindness that is plagueing you.

You do realize saying "click the dot of the i in Tits" is not really actionable advice to a blind player, right?

Without knowing if the TE is completely blind, it is the best advise I can come up with off the top of my head. If you do know of a better way, then please do tell.

i found out a way to activate the cheats.
for any blind players who might stumble across this post, do the following.
launch the game and start a new game.
play through the tutorial and exit the ship when prompted.
press escape to access the main menu.
press control home to reach the top of the page.
press down arrow until you hear the following line:
Created by Fenoxo, HTML Conversion by Gedan.
press up arrow once, and you should hear nvda speak an unlabeled button.
click this unlabeled button three times in quick succession.
you should hear nvda notify you that the cheats are enabled.
notice: nvda is a screen reader that blind people use to access windows computers.
