How to add a paragraph of the Appearance Description?

I wrote some descriptions of my character's appearance, but I don't know how to replace it, can someone tell me how to do?

You can't; the Appearance screen is automatically generated based on which body parts (and some perks) you have, and there's no support for modifying its output beyond that.
