I'm not a backer, so I don't know this for certain, but I think you have to link your account here to your account on the site you're backing TiTS on (though if I recall correctly, only Patreon linking is currently supported). Once that's done, you should be able to access backer patches.

Assuming Patreon: Link Patreon and Fenoxo.com accounts. Then a new "Backer Builds" tab appears on the blog menu, wherein you'll find backer patches.
