How much power fantasy is actually in bounds?

We all know the Gods (Or anything like them) is way too much for the Champ if the perfection conditions are met, but what about… a full on dragon? Perhaps a corrupted or even insane one begging for someone to end its suffering, or maybe a wraith that just came out a portal?

We could have it as a challenge where it would have an insane amount of HP but just a bit higher than average damage, for those who are stacked in Healing items and other buffs?

It's been said by the devs that the Lureling in the Winter Wolf Climax is as about as tough as the champ can go, but I'm unsure if that'll hold once the game moves into Act 3

I fought the Lureling this afternoon. I hit it with Suggestive Sway and made three tease attacks that each dealt over 400 damage to it. It was a short fight after that.
