How many people play as a neuter?

It's one of the more frustrating things to keep in mind when writing scenes for TiTS. On top of the million billion other variables, there's also the niggling little detail that it's entirely possible for the PC to not have any sexual equipment at all.

I'm curious: how many people even do it? Is the audience big enough to justify going through the effort?

Personally to me, if you're playing a PORN game as a neuter... then something just ain't quite right about that. It's kinda like saying, "I'm playing this for the story" which is fine and all, but eh... There's WAY too much content that is missed out on to really justify playing a walkthrough without the proper equipment on any spectrum. It's a very obscure viewpoint to the game that I usually don't even bother considering that fact at all, even if I'm aware of it in honesty. (Unless there's a deeper meaning that I'm missing in all of this.)

The only thing I'd even consider playing a neuter mode is more of a "shits and giggles" thing to see how borked certain scenes would be if playable while a neuter, lol.

I tend to play as either a neuter or someone with a very exotic genital arrangement, honestly. The idea of playing as a plain female, as an enby, weirds me out, and I'm not interested in men most days, so my options are really either no genitals or a dick and a pussytail/pussy and a dicktail.

I can't speak for everyone who has that kink, obviously, but I think neuter kink sort of takes components from other kinks?
a) chastity kink (for obvious reasons - it seems harder to get off as a neuter)
b) body modification
c) humiliation/emasculation/feminisation
In short, it's not the absence of genitals in itself that's the core kink, it's what this absence means, I think

Never did this, but shouldn't this be very similar to handling the case where stuff 'doesn't fit'? An alternative manual/oral stimulation of the NPC should always be possible, the NPC could have HL equipment at hand or simply mock the player/shrug it off after discovering the fact.

And having support for this does allow for a mission where after an (rival triggered?) accident -think syri- you hunt your 'equipment' through the galaxy...

Well, the part of the body responsible for libido is actually housed in the brain, not the genitalia, however this area of the brain does interact with the genitals of a person, meaning, if you were to try and get aroused without genitals, you'd only be getting half the experience, so to speak. Or, at least, that's what I believe would happen.

TL;DR I was making a themed neuchacho build (to play in the future) when I realized I could include some items in the save file and configure it later. Then I realized I could generalize that and open it up to other people (including items for genitals, etc).

Alternately you can make a neuchacho before Tarkus legitimately by taking condensol with only a 4 inch dick or smaller. If your dick is slightly too big you can keep overdosing on condensol to shrink it. If you have a cunt, I know twink-ease will swap it out for a dick. Or if you're a herm you can take the trap treatment from beth's if you ask to turn tricks.

I always try to play as a neuter, actually. I'm not that interested in sex scenes. I have little to no sex drive so maybe that's why. The character I play is usually a galotian so I can swap out parts if I need to for some reason.
