As far as I can tell, the starting Sterile perk will never be removable, though Kiyoko can still be impregnated while she's on the Astral Plane (I don't think this will apply once she gets out since she would have an actual body, but I'm not certain), and you're still able to be 'impregnated' via oviposition and other sources that don't rely on the 'mother' being fertile. The only way to be capable of impregnating without being capable of being impregnated (excluding oviposition etc.) is to either:
- Be non-sterile herm and either take the appropriate contraceptives regularly or avoid sex scenes where you could be impregnated; or
- Have a penis and no vagina
