How does max Willpower work?

Title. For a while on a new file I was only able to raise my willpower to 3 under all my other stats as max, now it's only 1 under. But on the sidebar, it displays it as 1 over. Additionally, my Int is displayed in the level up menu as 1 over the maximum.
See? on the sidebar, 25 Int and 26 Will. On the levelup menu, 26 Int and 24 Will. Any explanation here?

1. You're supposed to get 1/2 Resolve to Max Willpower.
2. Slow Stat Gain can go over cap right now.
3. Some stat decreases don't work. Dumb4Cum, for example, increases but doesn't decrease.
What happens if you take off all Resolve clothes?

Ohhh, I see, it's that I'm wearing a bra that gives a little resolve, so it's pushing the willpower number up, but only on the smaller screen, not on the level up screen. Thank you for explaining. And for my int having been slightly over cap, I guess just spamming Syri made it go higher, gotcha.
