How does Kiyokos pregnancy work?

Okay, so I'm pretty sure in-game pregnancies aren't supposed to take a realistic amount days. Yet now that I've bit the bullet and slept with Kiyoko to get her out of that Orb thing it seems her pregnancy doesn't actually progress at all. I've went and visited her for 60 days straight and nothing much happened. The wiki states her pregancy is supposed to progress when you visit her but I think that's either buggy or out of date info.

I've loaded an old save and chose the "yuck" option at the mural (since that prevents you from finding and getting the orb in the first place) but I just wanted to know how to handle her in case I want to try again in a future playthrough.

Huh. The wiki really is outdated then. Thanks. I think I'll just continue the earlier safefile and leave the kitsune shrine untouched for now until she's completely nailed down.

Every time the Champion leaves the Astral Plane when Kiyoko is pregnant, her pregnancy counter increases by 1. The champion can expedite Kiyoko's pregnancies by feeding both mother and kit with life-force; this will increase her pregnancy counter by an additional 1 per visit.

I'm not sure about the mechanics and it is a bit vague - the above paragraph only mentions feeding life-force instead of spelling out S-E-X - but the wiki does mention the fact that fucking Kiyoko at least speeds up the process.
