How does cait lose weight with the Gym talk?

Have talked with Cait and selected the option to initiate the weight loss, yet i have passed a lot of day's by just sleeping and it doesn't change a bit. Do i have to walk around for it to have effect?

The options are to either have her stay at the current size she's at, or reset her all the way back down to her base form. It's not 'lose size gradually over time'.

I had a look at what you wrote and from my experience:

Like this - CAIT_GYM - 1 - Have not tested it but to me it seems to probably be an option to lock her current visual.

All the way - CAIT_GYM - 2 - Get back to the original thickness and boob size, yet after doing it seems the gym option dissapears even if she gets thicker and boobier again so it seems to not be repeatable as for what i know for now.

Nevermind - CAIT_GYM - 3 - Is just to cancel the operation.

Have tested changing her back from Leo cat and she appeared with max. boob and thickness, afterwards i choose 'All the way' and currently i am awaiting results,
