How do you recruit Zhara while having done Agni recruit before entering the Foothills with the Matron event?

Already found how to alter it thnak you the same.
Seems the altered it so that after the encounter with the matron you get normal encounters now with the harpies still, at least till (havent verified it yet) they also meet Agni. and potentially stop aswell.
