How do you get to the new Eryka scenes?

You need to send her to Sanders to progress her content. She doesn't show up in the Chapel at all hours though.

You need to wait until later at night, I don't remember what hour but you'll see a mission star at the church it'll progress from there, after you've sent her back to Sanders.

The sex options for Eryka only flag up when Sanders isn't at the temple, which is generally night time hours.

You'll need to get her to purify via the conversations to get the pussy sex options (which locks out the options involving Eryka having a cock).
