Actually, completing the Ghost Deck is the opposite of Anno quitting her job; she keeps her job, and moves on your ship.

The actual way to make her quit is to get Tarkus blown up (i.e. defeat Kaska and/or Khorgan without disarming the bomb) without completing the Ghost Deck mission, then recruiting her. Do note that this will prevent recruiting Kase to Steele Tech (recruiting him as a contractor is still possible) and the Anno-Marina-Galina foursome, the latter of which is a prerequisite for huskar Anno, which in turn will be a prerequisite for giving her a cock if/when that's written.
