You can't; it hasn't been written yet. Since her writer Wsan isn't working on TiTS anymore, someone else would have to pick up that plotline, and I haven't seen any indication of that happening.
I don't see Amber's content getting finished unless Wsan ever felt like doing so. The earphone kibben's got a lot of balls in the air at a time so its not likely.
Depends on if anyone decides to step up to the plate, get permission from Wsan and/or the devs, and can meet the quality requirements.
Honestly if you got the second one, you could probably just pay a writer to do it for you, lol.

Azra is Fenoxo's character. Her expac I'm pretty sure is just on the far off back burner. Fen has the unenviable task of overseeing the conversion of a game to an entirely different script.
Yes, I know. Was just pointing a small similarity in their situation, though the causes may be different.
Though I think (might be entirely mistaken on this) that Azra was put on the backburner way before the JS port, due to content that was just that more important.
She has been around for a while....
Although, it did take them what, like 2 or 3 years to finally add content for that leithian company thing on uveto, ya know, the one near where Tlako is, so I guess nothings really off the table.
