How do you change the outfit of your companions?

So I got the witch outfit for Cait and she seems to have automatically switched to it, which is nice... But how do I switch back if I don't like the spells she get? Inventory has nothing, and talking to them likewise does not seem to have any options for changing outfits

Go to the 'Character' page of the Journal, navigate to Cait's tab, and select Change Set.
