How do you become in heat?

Another question if anyone sees this: Is there a way to have different breast sizes on the first and second rows of breasts, like you can in TiTS?
If so, how do I reduce the size of a specific row? Reducto seems to reduce all breasts at the same time
Or perhaps I need to reduce them all, and then grow a specific row?
EDIT: Found a reference on the wiki that succubus milk only increases the first row. Gonna test out reducing all breasts with reducto, and then increasing hte primary row with succubus milk!
Man, I feel so spoiled by the TiTS and CoC2 wikis. The CoC1 wiki is so barebones, there's barely any info here!
