How do I talk to Rindo? She won't appear.

I did Evergreen's task, Hinata vouched for my champion, I parleyed with Komari, and the Den is now friendly. I've been walking on the shrine garden(I assume it's the one below the waystone) and every other square at every time of the day, I can't find Rindo. What do I need to do?

I thought I did, but it appears I didn't greet Nakano correctly. That worked, thank you.
