You travel to the future where the option to soulbind yourself to them has been implemented into this incomplete game.
To add to the above, we know that the massive project that is LumiaQuest is in the review stage now so her soulbinding is coming sooner rather than later. Nareva's content is gated behind Tychris, which isn't a current priority but Savin has mentioned that in between more pressing projects he's been writing at least parts of its preliminary content.
Lots of stuff is futureproofed, the Cloak of the Deeps being an example. When you know certain content is coming in the future, it makes sense to write whatever is needed to account for it when you're doing everything initially even if it won't be seen by players for some time.

It's a factual statement. Shrike said that Mallach was supposed to be, and Savin was saying that that's not true, Mallach was never intended to be.
You can already fuck him, once you make the temple to Mallach you get a dream where you can go into his realm, and he offers to have sex with you as part of that.
