You don't, console commands are part of the browser rather than the game so it doesn't work on mobile for the same reason that it doesn't work for the download/Steam versions.
at best you can save to file and use the unofficial save editor found on the forums, just be aware the game will remind you everytime you load the save "hey this save is edited we aren't responsible if it breaks."
