How do I make a post in the main forum?

Creating a new topic doesn't seem to allow me to create one in the CoC forum... But it does allow me to do so in the subforums (like this post here)

From what I understand, they are still working on that part of the forums?

I suppose if you looked over a few prior threads, you would see me, and two other talking about this.


One being Savin, who is actually working on it.
