How do I make a deathclaw femboy?

I want to make a new character; I usually go for hermaphrodites, but I want to try out a femboy. What starting character stats and transformative items do I use?

Starting race really doesn't matter. I've never actually played a Fallout game, so I'm not natively familiar with Deathclaws, but from what I've seen around the internet, I think the closest TiTS race would be saurmorian - that means you should primarily be using Orefish Shards. And Twink-Ease, for the femboy part.
