How do i find the Leothran village?

i've been once or twice, but now i can't remember where it is. there's no information in the wiki, goggle has failed me, and it says that the leothran family are in frostwood, but i've been 'exploring' the frostwood for a while and can't find anything.

Pretty sure you run into Vari, and she eventually brings you there after asking about her Village, if not then, then the next time.
Village used to be just menu driven, but I believe it is now (semi-)permanently located right past Evergreen's.

dang. i didn't see a specific location for the village in the frostwood, and i can't find Vari for the life of me. i'm on the newest build of the game.

Vari is on the tile in the Frostwood just north of Evergreen's mansion. She's a recurring encounter--she doesn't move.
