How do I access the Dream Palace?

I can't find the Dream Palace in the Ways Between. Do I need to unlock every Waystone to unlock it?

It's a tile just north of the Foothills. You need to have cleared the Palace of Ice to be able to see it and be on Kas' Romantic path to be able to access it.

To further clarify: my understanding is that Kas's path is locked in at the Winter Palace event. If you're past the Winter Palace and can't get to the Dream Palace, then that means you aren't on the romance path and simply will not be able to access the Dream Palace. Whether or not that will change in the future, I do not know.

However, if you want to see the content and are not averse to a little console chicanery, the applicable flag is Kas_Score, which has three possible values: 0 for "Hostile Path", 1 for "Lustful Path" and 2 for "Romance Path".

Or you just haven't unlocked the Foothills Waystone. That also gates access to Kasyrra's dream palace.
