The new Berserker Atugia art for example doesn't replace the default Atugia art when talking to her while she's wearing her Berserker set. Do I have to toggle this?

Honestly I'm glad they don't. Most of the time the set busts don't have nude versions - Azzy is literally the exception because two of her sets are basically temporary transformatives. I'd find it absolutely jarring to go from Moira's berserker set bust, to DCL's nude bust during a sex scene - which is what would happen. I like the consistency in style.
Happy as a clam to keep those busts to icon and character sheets only - though I will say I kind of wish we could choose between the default bust and the set bust for the icon and sheet if we wanted to. I find it weird to use a lot of Cait's sets when my Cait is Leothran tf'd, for example.

It's a choice between either having busts reflect things like pregnancy, transformation, etc. or not.
If they didn't, sure, we could use the set busts all the time. But we made the choice to have the primary bust reflect the companions' actual appearance, so that means the set busts stay tucked away in menus.

TBH, I would not like to see Tui's alt art when she is talking with me. Her boobs get bigger for some reason and, it may be silly, it doesn't sit well with me...
I think it's just discrepancy between artist rendition of breast sizes, be fine if all the art was done by one artist, but it kind of throws you off if you got one style then see another - I don't know if you follow Moira's art outside of the game, but she's redoing Kiyoko's busts and if you compare the stages between DCL's busts and hers the difference is staggering - honestly I'd rather see Tui's main busts in Moira's style, then everything can match.
oh yes, Moira’s new take on Kiyoko looks fantastic, make up, tails, hair… everything (even the elusive Stockings that DCL doesn’t show but the text mentions are here) frankly I can’t wait to have it in game.
No, just preference and lot of DCL's art being old and not reflective of his current skill. His style has actually improved substantially, but he struggles to match the output that Moira does, hence her art replacing a lot of his.
Yes nothing against DCL, their work is great. I myself just have a preference of Moira's work, but DCL is still a great artist. Just like HugLife said, lot of DCL's work is really outdated and in fact some were even updated/touched up by Moira to match their style when additions were made (I believe she did the updates to DCL's Ryn and Berwyn) - since DCL is no longer working with Savin and company.
Oh no it was full split, though it was never really explained why it occurred, outside of those in the know (and they under no obligation to explain it). It's their business and I'm happy with Moira as main artist so not worried about it.
Nothing wrong with DCL’s art, I really like kiyoko and his art of her.

That's not really true. DCL continued to contribute to the game even after Moira was hired on (in a much smaller capacity). He's done several enemy designs, the aforementioned Berwyn art, and Zo, although I think she's up for some replacement art soon too.
Not sure how you read that, but I never said Moira replaced DCL - DCL left the team after Moira came on, and Moira eventually updated DCL's older art, by either creating her own busts for the characters, or (if DCL's art is current enough) did touch ups or additional busts in DCL's style after DCL left. If DCL had stayed they would have worked side by side as the main artists. It's true DCL is gone and Moira is now the primary artist, but again never said Moira replaced them.
