How are we supposed to marry Ahmri and the like if the quest to rescue her from Tollus hasn't been updated? Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

From the patch notes when Ahmri's marriage was first implemented:
In general you may assume that picking the obviously corrupting option (or in this case fucking your way up into it if you legitimately lost the conversation battle and didn't just Leeroy Jenkis Taldahs) is going to cut off content that's otherwise available on the non-corrupt route.

There might be a way to save your progress by tweaking the flags.
Can you post your save file?
Hit "Attach files" and select your save file.
Tweaking the flags:
By setting them to 1 or 0, you make them true or false.
In this particular case:
I'll see if it's possible to set the Village to UNCORRUPTED, thus, making it possible for you to get some centaur puss puss.
