How can I transfer my Character to a new phone?

I seem to not have access to cloud storage but want to still have my current character on my new phone. Since 996 days is pretty far to just lose. Is there another way I can do this?

Save to file (rather than the inbuilt saves) and transfer that to your new phone, then load it to resume play on the new device.
