How can I free Ithzan?

I just did Kiro quest and it felt like it would be possible to free Ithzan from the VR but I couldn't find anything related to that. Did I miss something?

That hasn't been written yet. Someone will have to take up the mantle of adopting the character; Wsan is an employed writer for Savin's CoCII.

Would this be a separated quest or it would be part of Kiro quest while still on Po ship?
