Highest Pregnancy Speed?

What's the highest pregnancy speed modifier you can get without using eggs?

I'd think +1200% for Laquine Ears but I can't tell if that's changed since the Wiki is a bit out of date when it comes to Dhaal and onwards.

Averaging with the Paternal 100% gives an effective 20.5x speed.

Wait, ALL those values stack? I thought some of them like Synthetic Womb override each other.

Things that affect the base stat (i.e. Motherhusk & Laquine Ears), will max out at the highest.
Egg Slit experiment multiplies the base value (and can only be done once), so should be done after maxing out.

The Perks & Synthetic Womb are separate modifiers and stack.
