High Mountain Locked

My character is level 13 and he must have been to the Mountain 40+ times, but High Mountain isn't on either page of my Places list. Is this a bug or do I need to continue looking for it? Thanks.

Either you need to explore the mountains more or you need to hit explore instead of mountain to proceed. I'm leaning towards the former, though.

It should activate once youve explored 40+ times. If you open your save with the Save Editor and go to the locations tab, it'll tell you how many times the mountain has been explored.

Rats. I was looking in the wrong place. I assumed it would be in the places list.
