Hermaphrodites and the Gnoll Princess

I know I already asked this before, but I really want to know. I've been spending too much time on one PC trying to see what happens and I want to play as different ones. So, I ask: Is there anything special that happens when a hermaphrodite PC offers themselves to the Gnoll Princess? Dialogue, mostly. Will you have to choose which genital set she uses?

The princess will always choose cock if cock is available. Well she has on my champs and they are all Herms. Tbh I'm not sure if dialogue changes as I don't play with a male MC.
