Help with The Three Tits (please)

First time posting here and... I have no idea what I'm doing. However, I have a little issue that I would really, really appreciate help with.

Long story short, my character ended up with two rows of three breasts. Managed to get rid of the second row via Lash, but the first/main row still has three breasts, Sellesy style. According to the wiki, if the chest is flat, it has 25% chances of growing two C-cup breasts, and is listed as the only way to get rid of the Third Tit. I've been save summing for half an hour and nothing of the sort has happened. So...

How do I get my character to have only two tits again???

Easiest way is probably to open the Browser Console (Ctrl + Shift + J) and type/Copy + Paste:
pc.breastRows[0].breasts =2

Notepad ++ with the JSON plugin will allow you to edit a local copy very easily if you don't mind reading thru some code.
