Help picking a name

I've been writing several living weapons recently, so many in fact I think it's time to actually write a company justify their existence.

So, I need help picking a name for it.

First some backstory:

Living weapons are organic, they are live organisms, genetically modified and lab-grown, morphed into weapons; from simple claws to complex rifles.

They attach themselves to the user/host, sapping a bit of his health to operate. They've been designed to detach when prompted and enter some form of deep hibernation. They may remain in hibernation for years before perishing or being awoken again by its owner. They can live off nutrient paste if necessary and some have minor forms of photosynthesis and/or chemosynthesis.

Creation parameters:
They all reduce maximum HP when equipped.
Primary damage types: Corrosive, kinetic and poison.
Niche damage types: Pheromone, burning (bio-plasma), electric (bio-electricity).

Anyway, the name, here are some ideas and keywords for brainstorming:

Seed
Xeno
shift
prima/e
morph
phite/o
gene
bio
hive
genesis
swarm
tech
mechanics

I have a few names I'm considering:

Typhoonhive biomechanics
Aurant biotech (I like this one)
Lucent Geneworks
Thylase Geneseeds
Alvia Xenoarmaments

Bio-tech of this sort is deeply entrenched in Bruchandus/Taufedi culture. While it might not increase chances of being accepted, it would help adapt the weapons to the TiTSverse.

What i do for names is i usually plug stuff into to google translate to latin until i find something that fits. Try putting in some plant or parasite names to see if you can find a translation with a ring to it.

I just use a random name generator most of the time until I find something I like.

Most of the weapons are named after parasites and other animals. I'm interested on a company name, it should sound relatively simple, like JoyCo, KihaCorp, Reaper armaments, catchy, simple.

As for the species, I have another concept I'm working on:

A hive-mind/collective conscious species. Originally they were individual non-sapient creatures, constantly being preyed upon. They evolved some rudimentary psionics to communicate without alerting predators and eventually, that latent collective conscious acquired sentience and all individuals became one mind, one being.

While all bodies of the collective share a single mind, each individual body may have a distinct "offshoot" personality if the collective conscious wishes it, it's like having multiple split-personalities, but without it being disorder.

All their tech is biological as they are skilled gene-tailors, primarily focused on agricultural exports (GMOs), mineral exports (as they have little use for them) and of course, selling gene-mods, biotech and living weapons.

Although commerce is just an excuse; the consciousness is manly interested in acquiring new experiences, sensations, entertainment and knowledge. The consciousness is an amicable adventurer, explorer and thrill-seeker, it wants to experience everything the universe has to offer.

would that mean it could be a potential crew mate for captain steele?

For the moment it's just an species concept. I'll might write a shop with a couple of shopkeepers giving you some insight about the species and maybe a few sex scenes if the weapons are accepted, but first I have to finish my weapon collection.

Tasin Weapon Systems was rejected because Fen didn't want to add any more corporations and instaid work on expanding existing ones. I would advice against trying to create a new corporation because of this.

Also, an exerpt from the Taufedi codex
Taufedian technology is indistinguishable from Bruchandian technology because the scientists of the two races work together in their labs and military bases. The study of bacteria, quantum mechanics, the botanical sciences, their natural psionics and the biology of the various creatures in their world combine to create the foundation for their scientific practices and technology.

Weapons, for instance, rarely fire metal slugs. Electrical and/or Thermal weaponry are more commonly produced due to their psionics. Goo and gas based weapons are also available though and the closest thing they get to traditional firearms are capsule based weaponry that, when they hit, may explode, electrify or chemically burn the target.

Personal protection, like armors, are usually good at protecting the user from thermal and electrical weaponry. Shielding also tends to be very advanced since their energy based sciences are based on a combination of their own sciences and those they discovered from interacting with other races.

Ships are very advanced. A working metal outer hull is created and then around it the ship itself is grown. Using psionic based technology the ship is powered by a combination of regular ship fuels, sunlight, crew waste and cosmic energies it absorbs while flying. The inside can look like a regular home, a nature preserve or a combination of the two. This allows the creation of self contained biomes and makes sabotage from the inside of the ship harder (hacking is useless unless you have bruchid technology and even then you still can't do much to stop a plant from creating oxygen without being inside of the ship)

Ship weaponry is unlike that of any other species. While they do have access to the standard munitions (non private military and civilian grade weaponry) they also incorporate their own science into their weaponry.

An example of this the Angel Net. A missile is fired toward a ship and when it reaches a certain proximity it explodes, releasing the goo net. The net itself is a huge blob that attaches to the ship and creates an electrified (electromagnetic in more advanced versions) current until the ship's shields are depleted.

Another example is the Demon Net, which is usually fired after the Angel Net. This net is a thermal/acidic blob that can be remote controlled and made to breach the hull of an enemy ship or just increase the temperature of the ship until the crew surrenders or dies.

Maybe make these weapons a hidden company failure from Reaper Armaments, and you get these weapons from an ex scientist/engineer from Reaper, who's willing to sell these guns illegally to you, (also give you a data chit for the weapon line summary) like a Dr.Badger mixed with a little bit of Colenso, to really sell the ex-worker-gone-rouge feel?(all of this I just came up with on the spot, so I have no idea if this will work)
