Hey,
The wiki says you cannot get the Hellhound womb perk (might be outdated), but it seems to be required for a scene with Karythea and Elthara at the wayfort (0.7.45 changelog). How do you get it? Or am I missing something?
I looked a bit in code - so I'm not super sure however - it seems the perk is acquired via Ritual with Kari. It should be in her talk menu -> but I would need save around that point to check it out.
