Can the cap stated when generating a character be surpassed with TFs?
I wanna be HUGE on one character and basically Vala from CoC in other is why I'm asking.

Max with normal tfing is 10'. you can hit 11' with the halloween event by taking the amazon costume.

In the future (or now if you cheat), one will be able to use all does of the goo tf to shapeshift to 11' and then hit 12' by taking the amazon costume.

Maybe I'm under faulty information, thought max normal without turning into goo is 10 using amazon suit, 9 feet if starting as leithan or using Leitha Charm Necklace. You reach 11 by being goo, adjusting height to 10, then taking the costume.
