Roxy on Ice Planet if your in Rut.
V (so long I played, I cant spell the gaint dick girl hyenas name) on Tarkus and Tarvos if your in Heat and Rut (different scenes obviously).
Bianca has a change in dialogue if in Heat or Rut.
Syri on Mhenga if in anal Heat.
Moose lady in Kally's bar if in Rut.

The Roxy rut scene is one of the best scenes in the game IMHO. For related content, when Fisi takes breeders bliss that is also one of the best scenes in the game.

I'm pretty sure Ciaran has a scene specifically for when the PC is in heat. I also usually include some references to it in the things I write even in scenes that aren't specifically for heat/rut.

For related content, when Fisi takes breeders bliss that is also one of the best scenes in the game.
