Go to the nursery during the day (when the 'Kids' button isn't grey) and press the button. The flavor text is at the end of the page.

They want to see all of them at once, not one at a time and without the process of raising over 100 kids.

If you've got the game downloaded on steam go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Corruption of Champions II\resources\app right click on content_hawkthorne and then ctrl+f for totalKidsAtNursery

I'm not sure there are variations there, but tbh you can probably just go through other files in that folder with a CTRL F for mareth
