It is also kinda hard to get the "bubble butt" mention to appear in Steele's appearance description. So far I only had success with butt size rating 17 or 18 (either one of the two) with a +1 from silicone added after that AND the silicone descriptions to be turned to "none" in the "preferences" interface.
As of now I'm very sure that that is a bug, that I am still too lazy to report.

You might wanna try that out though.
