Hashat's Femboy scene isn't available

I am confused, I am playing a femboy elf (85 feminimity, small cock, no vagina), and yet for some reason, when I defeat Hashat, the game doesn't let me select the 'Femboy Breed' option. any Idea why?

Edit: Nevermind, turns out I just didn't have male pronouns selected.
