Currently trying to cross the shallow riverbank in Harvest Valley and have done the ford option with the associated battle. It does not allow me to cross but gives me the same ford option again.
Not a bug--I had this same issue when I was playing. You've actually already crossed, and are going back and forth. Once you've forded SOUTH, you should have an option to move south. There's no "cross" button.
