Harru missing from milk bar

According to previous updates, Harry normally appears in the milk bar on dhaal after you finish the peer factory quest regardless of which route you took for the quest. However, even after 3 ingame months I still can't get her to spawn. Does anyone know what's the issue?

You likely need to run into some NPCs on the map, it's a lil event called "Rainy Rumors." Failing that, attach your save and I'll look into it. Ty for reporting!

I finally tried to trigger the event and it worked! Thank you!
