Fixed Hardlight body suits aren't body confirming

Issue is marked as fixed.
Hopefully fixed for the next release.
In addition to making the Hardlight Taur/Naga Suits body conforming, I've made exceptions for those two items in particular as well as any power armor items, to where if they are worn, they will no longer trigger the auto-strip events or be prevented from being worn due to the "Priapism" status effect. Any genital exposure/visibility from being erect will still function as usual though.
