One suggestion is that the PC KNOWS an AI expert...just not a certified one.
She also has emails from Kiha Corp about ship AI's...

This means that she could hire Fisi for a bit to help Shekka with AI (and that could add shenanigans if Fisi's prurience is high enough) ie Steele walk in and find Shekka and Fisi tribbing during a work break (and AI watching and giving coaching tips).

Also Hand So might want to impart DOM control over your goo armor so she can have fun with Steele and the Crew one night...she should select sub sara for this...she's the perfect slave (only it's for Steele not everyone else...)

This could either upgrade your goo armor into now being smarter and desiring to be independent of you. Ie she forms her own body and becomes crew and no longer wearable other than for sex scenes.

It could also lead to your goo armor wanting to be a mother...she's seen Steele pregnant or steele's friends preg by him/her enough by then. which leads to AI/Bio laws and how she could get away with it. Better to ask forgiveness?

So Fisi and her own AI work with Shekka on housing the AI and modding Kiha Corp stuff.
If you've done the Uveto run w/AI beads/cores you know a smuggler who can likely get you stuff...
Or you could use your own smuggler contacts if you are a smuggler yourself...
Maybe that Tech on your home station knows a ship that's being decommissioned and scrapped...where the AI was killed, transferred to a new ship or damaged into null output state, but the housing is still good...mostly...

If Steele doesn't have Fisi as a lover/friend. Then keep the current Shekka track, if Steele does - then the option of using the young AI programmer to help should be available. Alternately if No Shekka, then Fisi might take on the job herself. (three paths?).

know the rules-- hard time figuring suggestions for others and ideas I would like to write.
So far sticking to editing thesis and physics papers for rent. And writing fiction for other markets...
but at one time I did a lot of romance novels- paid for my books in college and beer... /when the Army found out it was both embarrassing and hilarious

It's wierd that by submitting an idea it's like giving fenoxo permission to do whatever they want but nobody else can take that at that point and keep doing things with it. why doesn't the legal stuff get slightly more complicated by just a little to explain this as being acceptable so that more good things can be written in when ideas happen? Just a thought.

Your basicly selling him the rights but not getting money. It is so no one takes him to court for implementing there content into the game.
