Are there any Grannies or Granny-like characters in COC,TITS and FOE?And if there aren't,what are the chances of them being added into any of the games.(i'm sorry if my grammar isn't correct)

If we would be able to have puppies/kitties with Astra than other one well know npc would turn into Granny 
Also since you asked about all three games then...Tamani from CoC after PC starting fuck her daugthers would fill req. to be called granny. But she even there not act any way differently.

The chance of them being added is unlikely unless someone submits a character for this. It's not a banned category, just an unusual one. Feel free to write a granny npc with some sexy smut and submit it. If it passes muster, the devs will at least take a look at it.
Looks like the only way you would be able to see a character like this get in would be to write it yourself, or commission someone to write it. But I don't think the latter is likely, it is a very niche fetish.
As people have pointed out previous, granny doesn't mean "old lady". It's not that unlikely for someone to become a grandmother in their early 50's. (And in the TiTS-verse, 50-55 ain't really old.)

This is a good point. You don't really know the age of most of the characters unless it's specified in the dialogue. I haven't run into many that are. Steele is 20 yrs old when you first start (version 0.7.59) but I haven't seen too many others with ages listed. Some, but not nearly everyone you meet. And I suspect Sally might be the old mistress that owns the bar on New Texas.
But I think OP is looking for the traditional granny type. Old and looks old with grandchildren.
Gryvains can live up to 350-400 year old if the codex is still correct and I doubt that they become really old looking in the first fourth of their life, but that's just speculation so a gryvain GILF wouldn't be out of the question at all its just someone needs to write them.
Aaaactually they're a year under that age if you don't count the months you were in the womb so-to-speak (Because they use realistic timers in this game and humans are 9 months).
But on the topic of grannies... I don't think there are any sexable characters that are like waaaaaay up there in age to be considered 'grannies', because aging works a lot differently in this game what with anti-aging treatments and all, and many species have different lifespans to where 'old age' is subjective in the TiTS-verse.
I see 60s and such over to make one go into granny territory as is today, but that is probably different in the TiTS universe. 60s might not even be 'old age' for the humans that have the anti-aging things going on anymore, or species that are SUPPOSED to live long like Gryvain which can live for hundreds of years already.
