Nope, it's just one of the random things she can say when you approach her.
Thing is, the way the Lane detoxing content is written, almost any crew member can initiate it - even Kiro (though the only one with unique dialogue is the currently unrecruitable Dane - everyone else uses the same dialogue). So, it's theoretically possible for her to start the detox process, then say this during (or after) it. In that case, I'd interpret it as her reminding Steele not to go back to Lane - or fall for the same trick again.

She wasn't crew at the time, I was just using the downtime of not wanting to go fight shit while on the detox to advance a few storylines - Bess', Reaha's, Kiro's one with Kally, etc. I just thought it was really funny that my character wakes up, gets a message from herself and collapses in agony, goes to go greet Kiro, and immediately Kiro unknowingly says that shit, which ends up being super rude lmao.
