If you've taken all five doses of the GaloMax Pill, you should be able to change your skin, face, and tail as well using the Shift Goo menu. Like changing your fur to scales, or skin to fur, etc.
It's also a bit of a shame that GaloMax doesn't make it possible for the player to reach the smallest possible height as a Gabilani-morph, when the Goblinola Snack Bar can't even do it. But, oh well..
