Not sure how long this has been in the game, but after Submitting to the Goblin Chemist to get her Cum thirsty perk, you have the Option to submit to her or fight her as always. If you submit while "Thirsty," the dialogue that follows implies you tried to fight her and lost. I'm not sure how much it changes the scene, but I usually don't fight her anyway. I don't feel like this is intentional.

Hmm, could you share your save? It works correctly with mine but I don't have your specific setup.
edit: I did find a way to improve the check for this scene, but I'd still like your save as I don't know why it would have been an issue.
