I noticed that there's only the Doggystyle scene after you win an encounter against a Gnoll. If there's anyone who write this kind of content, I was wondering if there's a chance we'll see more sex options for Gnoll encounters? Or if by any chance we're gonna meet some new Gnoll characters?

I can't answer your question, but I will chime in to add that I am really hoping the Gnoll caster under Brother Sander's care finally recovers and we can... talk to her or... just... be friends. She really fills out a corset.
