Lactation increases breast size separate from your "base" size. Minobloodwine only reduces that "base" size, you need to stop the lactation to get rid of the breast size it causes. Currently blue egg + sweet cream is the only way to instantly end lactation. Otherwise you just have to not be milked for awhile and it will wind down and end on its own eventually.
