Yeah. Probably during or after OrcQuest. You'll be able to get a lot of orc-themed kit.

So to find them you need Wyvern venom? I only ever find the wyvern, harpies and mercenaries in the area.

No. You need Wyvern Venom (or a very high Libido) to access a certain scene with them.

Arona's encounter is probably level-gated. Try getting to level 3 and search again.
