Fixed Game Version: 0.9.154-BACKER#6839 Tentatool status not expiring

Something is fishy with this one. I'm not a backer and am posting this for someone in the Discord server.

Looking at the save in the public version, the Tentatool status has no timer in the tooltip, and moving around did not cause it to expire.

I tried replicating this on public 6840 with my own save and couldn't.

Not sure what exactly caused this issue, so I can't fix the source of the bug, but I've made an edit that should force Tentatool's status effect to definitely expire if its minutesLeft ever reaches zero or below (similar to other status effects that had this issue in the past).
